City-builder Mayor 4000 arrives on Android and iOS

Build your own city in Mayor 4000, available on both Android and iOS. Bring your metropolis wherever you go, and check in on it when you’ve got a spare moment, no matter where you are.

This indie mobile title was developed with city-builder fans in mind and can be played in both portrait and landscape mode. Download now on Google Play and the App Store.

A City Full of Life

Within the city, you can develop residential areas, commercial areas, and industrial sections to keep everything ticking along nicely. The Mayor title comes into play when setting ordinances and taxes as you help to grow the economy.

Aside from buildings, you’re in charge of creating safe roads and managing daily traffic. That’s not all for transport; there are airports and subways, too. Oh, and railways for trains and ports for boats. As you can see, it’s super in-depth.

The Fine Details

There’s also electricity and water for all local businesses and residents, going even further with a range of public services, crime management, and unemployment statistics.

Pollution is another issue, with all of the transport systems and industrial work in your city. That’s something you’ll have to keep in mind, too.

Natural disasters are present, with potential earthquakes, floods and tornadoes. Limit the destruction of your metropolis by preventing riots and getting rid of fires quickly.

Once you’ve made progress with your first city, you can then branch out into regional locations, allowing you to trade between them.

Play at Your Own Pace

The fact that Mayor 4000 is so in-depth is enough to make any city-builder fan interested, but it gets better. It’s fully playable even when you’re offline, adding to the portability of the game.

There aren’t any timers, and there are no energy systems, so your progress is never blocked. It’s purely a sandbox game, which you can take at your own pace.
