The Alighieri Circle: Dante’s Bloodline is out now. It’s a psychological walking sim that can get stuck in your head for a while. Spanish indie publisher Entalto Publishing and Italian indie developer ONE O ONE GAMES have released the first-person mystery thriller and story-driven adventure.
The game is up for grabs on PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X. It’s priced at $19.99 at launch, with a 10% discount running for the first 2 weeks. The game has also been localized into 11 languages, with English and Italian voice acting.

The devs have taken the Divine Comedy and turned it into something personal and psychological. Here, wandering through Hell is not the main plot. It’s more about what’s happening inside Gabriele’s head.
Every 33 years, the barrier separating our reality from Hell starts fading away. Gabriele Alighieri is stuck with the worst possible family inheritance because he has to return to his ancestral home and perform The Ritual to protect his family and the world he knows. Running away is no longer an option.
The Alighieri Circle: Dante’s Bloodline is a psychological walking simulator focused on exploration, atmosphere, and narrative storytelling. And there’s no combat at all. The entire tension comes from the exploration, interpretation, and puzzles.
You need to find the lost magical pages of the Divine Comedy and bring them back together so Gabriele can perform the Ritual and keep the gates of Hell sealed. Along the way, you’ll be solving esoteric riddles while going through a psychological journey that forces Gabriele to confront his deepest fears and trauma.
Hidden collectibles and diary pages are scattered around. Finding them helps piece together the tragic history of the Alighieri bloodline as well as the forgotten memories of Gabriele’s own life.
