How To Get Star Power in Evomon
Star Power upgrades are located in your Evomon Team overview window and on the individual Evomon’s fourth hotbar slot (star icon on the right when selected). The Evomon must reach level 150+ to begin their Star Upgrades.
Star Power upgrades require Coins, Evolution Stones, and Star Shards to prestige. There is an option to upgrade them by +1 Star Level, +5, +10, or +15 (max). Quite obviously, each level increment requires more materials to complete.
Increasing an Evomon’s Star Power enhances their overall statistical potential, including their vital stats of HP, SpD, DEF, SPE, and DMG.
How To Get The Materials
The hardest of the materials needed to invest in Star Power is undoubtedly the Star Shards, which only have a few attainment options and don’t have huge quantities. But just in case you’re low on the rest, I’ll include ways to collect all three vital materials.
- Coins:
- Almost all features in the game give Coins. Trainer battles, PvP, Bosses, Quests, Daily Missions, Codes, etc. It’s unlikely you’ll struggle for Coins, especially if your Evomon are already at Level 150, meaning you’re familiar enough with the game to know how to get them.
- Evolution Stones:
- Level Rewards: Reaching new player levels often rewards Evolution Stones.
- Battlepass: Complete new tiers of the current Battlepass to get Evolution Stones.
- Travelling Merchant: Occasionally, the Travelling Merchant will stock Evolution Stones. This isn’t a guarantee, but you’ll eventually find some in stock.
- Star Shards:
- Weekly Quest (complete 25th track): retrieve 2 Star Shards
- Seasonal Shop: Can buy up to 30 Star Shards maximum, using the unique Seasonal Shop currency.
- Robux: Buy a daily package using Robux. Unfortunately, this is the quickest way to get a lot.

Is Star Power P2W?
It can definitely feel that way, since there are no easy ways to grind the materials needed as a solely F2P player; however, it is possible over time. This is an end-game mechanic, so if you begin saving now (especially the Star Shards), you can probably upgrade quickly when your Evomon are at their current limit. If you’re already in the end-game, then I unfortunately don’t have any advice xP.
What is Star Power?
Star Power prestiges your Evomon beyond their maximum potential, making them considerably stronger at higher Star Power levels. This improves their overall combat potential, making them dominant in any battle they match up in (even when they have the type disadvantage, in some cases).
Stat-wise, Star Power enhances the following:
- HP: Increases the maximum Health Points of your Evomon, making them more durable and able to tank stronger hits from opponents.
- SpD: Increases Special Defence, meaning the Evomon takes less damage from skill-based attacks that typically expose vulnerabilities in your Evomon and deal more damage than standard attacks.
- DEF: Increases the flat Defence of your Evomon, meaning they take less damage from attacking opponents.
- SPE: Increases the Evomon’s base speed, making them attack opponents quicker, giving them less room to dodge or miss.
- DMG: Increases the base damage of your Evomon (up to +40% at maximum), making all their attacks hit the opponent harder.
