To save this Tier a lot of fodder, I’ll only rank the Legendary and higher-rarity Hens. So, if that sounds like something you’re interested in knowing about, stick around for my Grow a Chicken Fighter Tier List.
Without further ado, let’s get into it.
Grow a Chicken Fighter Tier List
S+ Tier
This tier is for the meta Hens. They’re the absolute best in the game currently, with incredible stats, powerful specials, and good PvP and Tower capabilities.
- Reaper Rooster (With Voodoo Special)
- META HP/DEF build, with a powerful special that makes this Hen a total tank.
- 404 Chick (With Cycle of Ash Special)
- META DMG/PWR build, with incredible speed and a self-buffing special.
S-TIER
Incredibly strong Hens if you invest in their niche and fuse for ideal pairing Special skills. Their base stats are incredible, and they handle Tower and Pits with ease.
- Reaper Rooster (Cosmic)
- Haunt Egg (<1% chance)
- Soul Toll: Collects what is owed and takes a cut of what you were carrying.
- 404 Chick (Secret)
- Cursed Egg (<1% chance)
- Not Found: Stops existing for a few seconds. You can’t hit a 404.
- Nebula Hen (Cosmic)
- Void Egg (1% chance)
- Stardust: Fills the air with something old and slow. Everyone in it becomes slow too.
- Golden Goose (Secret)
- Fortune Egg (1% chance)
- Za Warudo: Stops time, beats you senseless, and the damage lands at once.
- Storm Colossus (Secret)
- Colossus Egg (1% chance)
- Stormcall: Four to soften the yard, and one more to end the conversation.
- Radiant Fenghuang (Celestial)
- Royal Egg (1% chance)
- Cycle of Ash: Burns the field down and makes it bloom in the same breath.

- Crystal Hen (Celestial)
- Bloom Egg (<1% chance)
- Facet: Shatters into sharp shards that keep fighting, then reforms.
- Aurora Hen (Divine)
- Thunder Egg (1% chance)
- Northern Lights: Draws a curtain of light. Allies mend; enemies cannot see.
- Doll Hen (Divine)
- Haunt Egg (2% chance)
- Voodoo: Whatever lands on the doll lands on you. The doll is fine with that.
- Baron Cluck (Mythic)
- Fortune Egg (43% chance)
- Za Warudo: Stops time, beats you senseless, and the damage lands at once.
A-TIER
These Hens often outperform those of the same level during Tower and Pits battles, but have some weaknesses that can be exploited when fighting those from the upper tiers. They have a lot to learn, but are still great to train.
- Prism Rooster (Celestial)
- Thunder Egg (<1% chance)
- Refraction: Splits the blow into three colours and sends each one somewhere different.
- Nine-Tails Hen (Divine)
- Royal Egg (2% chance)
- Foxfire: Nine tails, nine lights, and none of them miss.
- Talon Titan (Mythic)
- Colossus Egg (10% chance)
- Titan Mode: Transforms into a Titan and rampages for a few seconds.
- Ghost Hen (Mythic)
- Haunt Egg (3% chance)
- Possess: Takes the wheel for a while. You get it back eventually.
- Founder Rooster (Legendary)
- Fortune Egg (56% chance)
- Titan Mode: Transforms into a Titan and rampages for a few seconds.
B-TIER
Nested into the middle tier, these Hens are pretty average, usually having a particular stat they excel in for you to maximise. Overall, they’re not valuable enough to train long-term and should be used as a stepping stone to get the higher-tier Hens.
- Twin Rooster (Mythic)
- Royal Egg (3% chance)
- Split Image: Becomes two. Both of them are real, and both are angry.
- Imposter Chick (Mythic)
- Cursed Egg (2% chance)
- Vent: Looks exactly like one of yours until the moment it very much does not.
- Phoenix Hen (Mythic)
- Royal Egg (3% chance)
- Rebirth: Dying is a step in the process, not the end of it.
- Astro Chick (Legendary)
- Thunder Egg (11% chance)
- Low Gravity: Turns the weight off. Nothing lands where it meant to for a while.
- Ironcluck (Legendary)
- Colossus Egg (15% chance)
- Toro Bravo: Glows red, charges the lane, and launches everyone skyward.
- Twister Hen (Legendary)
- Thunder Egg (3% chance)
- Cyclone: Becomes the funnel and takes the whole pit along for the ride.
C-TIER
This tier houses weak Hens, who fortunately aren’t the worst, but they’re still far from worth training. I suggest skipping these in favour of higher-tier Hens.
- Viper Hen (Mythic)
- Fang Egg (3% chance)
- Venom Bite: The bite is the small part. You take the rest of it home with you.
- Cockatrice (Legendary)
- Royal Egg (6% chance)
- Wyrm Breath: Opens the wings, fills the lungs, and empties them at you.
- Glam Hen (Legendary)
- Charm Egg (3% chance)
- Spotlight: Strikes a pose and every head turns. That spotlight is not the warm kind.
- Jackal Rooster (Legendary)
- Royal Egg (6% chance)
- Judgement: Weighs what is left of you against a feather. It rarely goes well.
- Tank Rooster (Legendary)
- Ordnance Egg (4% chance)
- Treads: Stops pretending to be a chicken and becomes the vehicle instead.
- Shadow Rooster (Legendary)
- Haunt Egg (5% chance)
- Phase: Goes flat for a moment; every hit passes through the floor instead.
- Pastel Goth Hen (Legendary)
- Bloom Egg (6% chance)
- Moody: Two settings, no warnings. One of them heals, and the other one really does not.
D-TIER
The lamest Hens. Despite their rarity, they’re quite forgettable and often overlooked, with their only purpose being to fill in the index or to farm more eggs.
- Agent Cluck (Legendary)
- Arena Egg (2% chance)
- Smokescreen: Pulls everyone into the smoke, then nothing is missing. The tie stays perfect.
- Deep-Fried Hen (Legendary)
- Cursed Egg (4% chance)
- Overexposure: Damage comes out compressed. Sometimes it is nothing, sometimes it is everything.
- Idol Hen (Legendary)
- Bloom Egg (6% chance)
- Crowd Call: Calls in the crowd; tiny fans flood the pit with things to throw.
- Sniper Rooster (Legendary)
- Ordnance Egg (4% chance)
- One Shot: Lines up one perfect shot. Only needs to fire once.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some Hens missing from this list?
I haven’t gotten every Hen yet, so until I can try and test their stats and Special, it seems senseless to rank them.
How do I fuse to get the meta hens?
For the Reaper Rooster x Voodoo, you need to fuse the Reaper Rooster with the Doll Hen. For the 404 Chick with Cycle of Ash, you need to fuse the 404 with the Radiant Fenghuang.
