With the new Spear Class, many pixelated paladins want to try it, which has some wondering how to change their class in Pixel Lineage. My introductory guide to Classes answers that after the first heading, so you don’t waste time sifting through fodder to find what you need.

How to Change Class in Pixel Lineage
To change your Class in Pixel Lineage, you need to start a new save, which you can do by either purchasing an additional save slot using Robux or wiping your current save to start again.
How To Wipe Your Save
To wipe your save, you need to lose all three lives on your current hero. This will then wipe your adventure thus far, preserving only what you left at the Inn, and some additional features such as Robux-paid cosmetics and the Dullahan Race, if you have that.
After this, you’ll be sent back to the very first character creator menu and made to restart your adventure from the beginning. Except this time, you can now choose an entirely new build, and hopefully have some new ideas on how not to die.
Pixel Lineage, more like Pixel Linear?! No? Okay.
Additional Save Slots
If you’re not ready to let go of your current save willingly just yet, then you can buy more from the starting menu. After launching the game, press Character Select, and instead of choosing your save, buy the next available slot for 100 Robux. This article isn’t a sponsored post, but 100 Robux is quite cheap in comparison to what I’ve seen other games charge for additional slots (usually 10x what Pixel Lineage is asking!)

Then you simply cannot change your Class for now.
Why does Pixel Lineage let me change everything but my Class?
I’m not a DEV, just a player, but if I had to guess, it’s because the game isn’t trying to set up updates that players feel pressured to dogpile onto just to stay ahead of the meta curve. Instead, with millions of build possibilities across all Classes, the game wants to encourage you to play for fun and choose Classes based on how you want to play, not because something is new and “stronger” than everything which came before it.
What is the new Class?
As of writing, the Class that inspired this guide is the Spear Class, which balances between single-target DPS and Support. However, it possesses one of the best Super Classes in the game, the Dragonlord! Very bold title.
