How To Find A Haunted House in Fisch
In the Fischfright 3 Halloween Town, find a house with a green glowing house number and approach it with your candy bucket in hand. After knocking, you’ll encounter a ghost. To catch it, keep your cursor over the toony poltergeist until it’s caught.
If you try this and get the jumpscare sequence, all I can suggest is to keep trying again, and remember, ALL houses with their glowing green number plaques are haunted, so you can visit any.
Why You Need To Visit A Haunted House
Encountering a Haunted House is mandatory when completing the Doomsekkar Rod questline from the Fischfright 3 event. It’s the third and final quest for this rod, and isn’t too tricky to unlock once you understand the requirements better.

Doomsekkar Questline
This Fischfright 3 limited rod is fairly easy to obtain, having only 3 quests to unlock it.
- Catch 100 Fish from the Frightful Pools
- Simple enough. Get Fischin’
- Perfect Catch 50 Fish from the Frightful Pools
- I recommend using the Plaguereaver Rod and Garbage Bait to complete this challenge.
- Catch Ghosts from Haunted Houses
- Whilst pretty vague, thats what this guide aims to help you complete.

Is the Doomsekkar Rod worth it?
Yes! It’s not the best Rod from this update, but it’s pretty decent and easy to get. Realistically, you could start and complete this questline in about an hour.
Which is the best Fischfright 3 rod?
The Omniscient Spinecaster, which is coincidentally the hardest to get. The quest for this one has taken some players tens of hours.
How many houses are there in the event area?
There are 16 homes you can Trick or Treat at (or find Haunted) in the main Halloween Event area.
